Walk with Anime is a premiere North American MC, DJ, and Host. Her smart-wit personality and fun, sweet demeanor have graced a variety of stages in Canada and the United States. A notable event is Taste of the Danforth; Canada’s largest street festival with over 1.6 million attendees. Year 2020 will be her 3rd consecutive year hosting their celebrity main stage drawing talent from around the globe.
Anime started from modest beginnings in Toronto and became a Chartered Accountant (Canada’s CPA equivalent). This path has allowed her to have a wealth of knowledge and understandings spanning into many different facets of life: music, dancing, social science, economics, politics, business knowledge, languages, culture, food, travel and much more. Most recently she has worked with the NFL’s Minnesota Vikings in association with the My7on7 touch football league (500 youth) and is now engaged to work with the NHL’s LA King, 18th Prime Minister of Canada (Brian Mulroney), Premier of Ontario (Doug Ford), in association with the Gordie Howe Research Institute. Her skill set also spans across to Robotics all the way to discussions around diversity, leadership and inclusions. This year alone, she was the competition host for the Robotics games held in Toronto for First Robotics (75K students) as well the leadership convention host for the National Association of Asian American Professionals in Kansas City (800 attendees) this year.
Anime is described as a mix of Lisa Ling and Ellen DeGeneres. Her mission is to be the Asian Ellen DeGeneres and spread hope, happiness and share stories.
